Terms and Conditions — 77xs Platform Rules and Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 77xs ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing, registering, depositing, placing bets, playing games, or participating in any feature of the 77xs platform at 77xs.pro, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

These Terms apply to all services offered through 77xs, including the Game Lobby, Sports Betting, Live Casino, Promotions, VIP Programme, and all financial transactions. Where individual promotions, games, or features carry their own specific terms, those terms apply in addition to these general Terms and, in the case of a direct conflict, the more specific terms will take precedence for that feature or offer.

2. Eligibility & Registration

To register and use 77xs, you must meet all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age. 77xs is strictly an adult platform. Players who are found to be under 18 will have their accounts immediately closed and any deposits returned where possible.
• You are registering on your own behalf, using your own accurate personal details. You are not permitted to open an account on behalf of another person.
• You have not previously had an account closed or suspended by 77xs for a breach of these Terms.
• You understand that online casino games and sports betting involve real financial risk and that you may lose money.
• You have not self-excluded from the platform. If you have activated self-exclusion, you must not attempt to register a new account during that exclusion period.

Each player is permitted one account only. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names — is a serious breach of these Terms and will result in all accounts being closed and any balances forfeited.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for the security and activity of your account. This includes:

• Keeping your username and password confidential and not sharing them with any other person.
• Ensuring that any device used to access your account is secure and free from malware or unauthorised access by others.
• Logging out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Immediately notifying 77xs support if you suspect that someone has accessed your account without your permission.

77xs will never contact you to ask for your password. Any communication claiming to be from 77xs that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support. All activity carried out from your account is assumed to have been carried out by you unless you notify us otherwise within a reasonable timeframe.

You must keep the personal details associated with your account accurate and up to date. If any information changes — including your mobile number or payment details — you should update your account accordingly. Providing false or outdated information may result in delays to withdrawals or account verification.

4. Deposits

All deposits to your 77xs account are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following deposit methods are accepted: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, direct bank transfer, debit and credit cards, and other mobile wallets as made available on the Deposit page.

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to a third party are not permitted.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the Deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance once confirmed by the payment provider. Processing times vary by method; JazzCash and Easypaisa typically credit instantly.
• 77xs does not charge platform-side fees on deposits. Your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• If a deposit is credited in error or is later found to have been made with fraudulent payment details, 77xs reserves the right to reverse the transaction and adjust your balance accordingly.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your real-money balance at any time, subject to these Terms. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible. Withdrawals are paid in PKR.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the Withdrawal page.
• You must have completed identity verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Any active bonus funds linked to wagering requirements must be completed or forfeited before the corresponding real-money winnings can be withdrawn.
• Standard withdrawal processing times are displayed on the Withdrawal page. VIP players at Silver tier and above benefit from priority processing.
• 77xs reserves the right to request additional identity documents before processing a withdrawal if there is reason to conduct additional verification.
• Withdrawals will not be processed to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in your name.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

77xs offers bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is made available. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in its specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited in PKR and can only be used on the 77xs platform.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus on multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• 77xs reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice. Bonuses already credited and in active use will not be removed mid-wagering.
• If a bonus is credited in error, 77xs reserves the right to correct the balance without prior notice.
• Free spins, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and VIP-specific rewards are each governed by their own terms in addition to these general rules.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred between accounts, converted to cash without meeting wagering requirements, or used in conjunction with other bonuses unless explicitly stated.

7. Betting Rules

All sports betting activity on 77xs — including cricket, Pakistan Super League (PSL), T20 internationals, football, esports, and all other available markets — is subject to the following rules:

• Bets are final and binding once confirmed by the platform. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted.
• Odds are subject to change before a bet is placed. The odds displayed at the time your bet is confirmed are the odds that apply to your wager.
• In-play bets are accepted subject to available markets and connectivity. 77xs is not responsible for bets lost or missed due to connectivity issues on the player's side.
• If a match or event is abandoned or cancelled before a result is determined, bets will be voided and stakes returned to your account balance unless specific sport rules state otherwise.
• Maximum and minimum stake amounts apply to each market and are displayed at the time of placing a bet.
• 77xs reserves the right to limit the maximum payout on any single bet or combination bet. Maximum payout limits are displayed in the relevant section of the sportsbook.
• Bets placed on incorrect odds due to a manifest error may be voided by 77xs. A manifest error is one that is obvious and unambiguous to any reasonable person.
• Unusual betting patterns, suspicious activity, or evidence of match-fixing information being used to place bets will result in winnings being withheld pending investigation and potential account closure.

8. Casino & Live Casino

All casino games and live casino tables available on 77xs — including slots, table games, Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Teen Patti, Andar Bahar, and all other available games — are governed by the following rules:

• Game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) for standard casino games, and by the live dealer's physical actions for live casino tables. All outcomes are final.
• If a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on the platform side, the round will be resolved based on the last confirmed game state recorded by the platform's server. 77xs is not responsible for interruptions caused by the player's device, internet connection, or browser.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to each game and table. These are displayed within the game interface before play begins.
• Any attempt to exploit software errors, connection issues, or game vulnerabilities for gain is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension.
• Live casino tables may have capacity limits. If a table is full, you will be offered a seat at the next available table or an alternative table with the same game.

9. VIP Programme

The 77xs VIP Programme operates across five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Elite. Progression through tiers is based on wagering activity over rolling periods as defined in the VIP Programme terms published on the VIP page.

• VIP status and associated benefits — including faster withdrawals, higher limits, cashback, and dedicated support — are awarded at the platform's discretion based on account activity.
• VIP tier downgrade may occur if activity falls below the threshold required to maintain the current tier during the relevant review period.
• VIP benefits are personal and non-transferable. They apply to the account holder only and cannot be shared.
• 77xs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the VIP Programme or any of its benefits at any time. Players will be notified of material changes in advance where reasonably possible.

10. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 77xs platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating more than one account.
• Providing false, misleading, or stolen personal information during registration or verification.
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent and knowledge.
• Colluding with other players in poker, live games, or any multiplayer environment to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to interact with the platform in a way that is not through the standard user interface.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes to obtain credits, winnings, or bonuses not legitimately earned.
• Laundering funds through the platform. Deposits must represent funds intended for genuine gaming activity, not for the purpose of processing or obscuring the origin of money.
• Placing bets on both sides of the same outcome across multiple accounts or with other players to guarantee a bonus completion without genuine risk.
• Abuse, harassment, or threatening behaviour directed at platform staff, support agents, or other players.

11. Suspension & Account Closure

77xs reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is reasonable cause to believe that:

• The account holder has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The information provided during registration or at any subsequent point is false or cannot be verified.
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as described in Section 10.
• A chargeback or payment dispute has been raised against a deposit made to the account.
• Closing the account is necessary to protect the integrity of the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a suspected breach, any balance may be held pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, balances derived from or associated with that breach may be forfeited.

Players who wish to close their own account voluntarily may do so by contacting 77xs support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed normally.

12. Responsible Gaming

77xs is committed to supporting a safe gaming environment. The platform is intended for adult entertainment only, and the following responsible gaming principles apply to all players:

• Set a personal budget for gaming before you start and do not exceed it regardless of results.
• Use the deposit limit controls available in your account settings to cap daily, weekly, or monthly deposits.
• Use session time reminders to keep track of how long you have been playing.
• If you feel that gaming is affecting your finances, relationships, or wellbeing, use the self-exclusion option available in account settings. Self-exclusion can be set for defined periods or permanently.
• During a self-exclusion period, you must not attempt to register a new account or circumvent the exclusion in any way.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under applicable law, 77xs shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.
• Interruptions to service caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits or loss of data.
• Decisions made by the platform's game engines, RNG systems, or live dealer staff in the ordinary course of game play, all of which are final.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14. Privacy & Data

77xs collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at Privacy Policy. By registering an account, you confirm that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.

Personal data collected during registration and account verification is used solely for the purposes of operating your account, processing transactions, and complying with internal platform policies. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

15. Changes to These Terms

77xs reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Continued use of the platform after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

If you do not agree with any changes to the Terms, you should stop using the platform and contact support to close your account. Any transactions completed before the updated Terms take effect will be governed by the Terms that were in place at the time of the transaction.
